Do you have a physical store in your studio as well?
Yes and no, we do not have a store setup in the studio space with regular hours however you may visit our studio by appointment and browse our stock, discontinued and seconds shelves and make purchases from us. Our studio accepts payments by Cash and Credit Card (Mastercard/Visa).
Can I come visit your studio?

Can I come by and pick up my order at your studio in Marrickville?
Yes! At checkout, you will have the option to pick your items up at the studio in your shipping options.
Please include your preferred pickup days and times in the checkout comments and we will contact you to confirm.
How much does shipping cost and can you send to my country?
We only ship around Australia at this point (sorry international fans), though we will be looking to offer international shipping in the future. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page to see how much it costs to ship an order to you.
Can you pack and ship my order today?
We make every effort to process orders within 2-3 business days. In general please allow 1-2 weeks to receive instock items and 2-4 weeks for backordered items (depending on what needs to be made and how far it has to be shipped).
I’ve ordered both instock items and backordered items, when can I expect my delivery?
Generally if you order instock items and backordered items in the same order then we will wait until we have all of your ordered items made before shipping your complete order, this saves you shipping costs but can be up to 2-4 weeks for you to receive your order. However if you would like the instock items ASAP and can wait for the backordered items then please place separate orders, you will be informed in your cart if an item is backordered.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation, can you please resend it?
Please check your spam/junk folder first as the emails from the store may end up there unless you click “not spam” after which they should show up in your inbox (and future emails from us should go straight to your inbox too). If you still cannot find your order confirmation then please email us at email@example.com and we will forward you your confirmation.
I’d like to return my order please. What do I do?

My parcel arrived damaged and my stuff was broken – what do I do now?
Please save the packaging as proof and then send us a photo of the damaged item and we’ll get back to you after reviewing your case. Please find all contact information at the contact page and in the contacts section at the bottom right of this website.
